During a heat wave I had to track down an HVAC company when something went wrong at my warehouse. Brand new thermostat would not connect to the system. and it was a real headache!
What I learned from that was that you never know when your AC or heater will break down.
Someone in my neighborhood group shared an HVAC service that covers the whole US that covers the whole country. The tech who came out was surprisingly quick and the furnace was fixed on the spot.
The best part was the dispatcher kept me updated on the tech arrival time!
